leverage lessons learned. The agency utilizes OPM, OMB, and GAO resources
(e.g., websites, research findings, special studies, program guidance).

- The agency uses Governmentwide benchmarks (e.g., staffing timeliness, Central Personnel Data File/FedScope,
Governmentwide Survey [GWS] responses) in setting human capital strategic goals.
- ¢ The agency participates in human capital managerial/professional/employee groups
(e.g., the Human Resources Management Council,
the Small Agency Human Resources Council, Federal Executive Boards, NAPA HRM Consortium).
