THE NAREAA ADDITIONAL ADJUSTMENT IS PAID IN ADDITION TO THE SPECIAL RATE THAT WOULD OTHERWISE APPLY AND, FOR THIS TITLE 5 SPECIAL RATE TABLE AND ALL OTHERS APPLICABLE IN ALASKA, IS EQUAL, AT EACH GRADE AND STEP, TO 24.69 PERCENT (THE 2014 LOCALITY PAY PERCENTAGE IN ALASKA) OF EACH EMPLOYEE'S GENERAL SCHEDULE BASE RATE.
