THE NAREAA ADDITIONAL ADJUSTMENT IS PAID IN ADDITION TO THE SPECIAL RATE THAT WOULD OTHERWISE APPLY AND, FOR THIS TITLE 5 SPECIAL RATE TABLE AND ALL OTHERS APPLICABLE IN HAWAII, IS EQUAL, AT EACH GRADE AND STEP, TO 16.51 PERCENT (THE 2014 LOCALITY PAY PERCENTAGE IN HAWAII) OF EACH EMPLOYEE'S GENERAL SCHEDULE BASE RATE.

RATES LIMITED TO THE RATE FOR LEVEL IV OF THE EXECUTIVE SCHEDULE (5 U.S.C. 5305).
