The Labor Agreement Information Retrieval System (LAIRS) is a searchable database containing current information on labor-management relations and employee relations in the Federal Government. It includes:

This information is provided under the authority of section 7135(b) of title 5, United States Code, and Executive Orders 11491, as amended, and 12107. These make the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) responsible for providing information about the Federal labor-management relations program to agencies, labor organizations, and the general public.
