THE NAREAA ADDITIONAL ADJUSTMENT IS PAID IN ADDITION TO THE SPECIAL RATE THAT WOULD OTHERWISE APPLY AND, FOR THIS TITLE 5 SPECIAL RATE TABLE, IS EQUAL, AT EACH GRADE AND STEP, TO 20.40 PERCENT (THE 2022 LOCALITY PAY PERCENTAGE IN HAWAII) OF EACH EMPLOYEE'S GENERAL SCHEDULE BASE RATE.
